This clarification text has been prepared by Sen Pazarlama Gayrimenkul Anonim Sirketi acting in the capacity of data controller, in order to inform you about the purposes of and legal reasons for processing your personal data, collection method, to whom it can be transferred and your rights under the PDPL within the framework of the Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Disclosure Requirement.

In our service area, video recordings are made by means of security cameras in the corridors of the administrative building and offices in order to ensure the security of our service area and the recording process is supervised by the Administrative Affairs and Data Processing Departments.

Your personal data in question is processed by automatic means based on the legal reason that “data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not cause harm to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject” as set forth in the Article 5 of the Law. Moreover, your personal data may be transferred to the judicial authorities or the relevant law enforcement agencies, if requested, in order to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

In the Article 20 of the Constitution, it is set forth that everyone has the right to be informed about the personal data concerning him/her. In the Article 11 of the PDPL, the rights of the personal data subject under the law are mentioned.
